This appears to be the best solution to keep the door close to the wall without rubbing.

Seem to be good quality. Worked great for a set of double barn doors I installed. Because my baseboard trim was too narrow, I had to make a sleeve for the top screw. With this minor adjustment they worked great.

Works great on keeping barn door in line and not swinging out. Smooth operation and seems durable enough alloy metal. Nice touch to mount on wall and not floor.

I installed a new garage side door in the "Barn door style" which had stainless fittings for the outside use. The new guide replaced an old rusty version which did little to guide the old door now replaced. The guide arrived very quickly and was easy to fit and is well made and should last for a while. Good product and happy.
