It has a bad fish odor and on the ad they say it’s 5g creatine what I got is 3g with the fish smell very bad and they don’t replace it or refund what a scam

Great amount of creatine for the price range. Easy to mix and water. No taste and just make water feel a little grainy. Not experienced any noticeable digestive issues or side effects yet.

The price for this is amazing, if you have to buy it from MyProtein in Canada the shipping + conversion kills the cost effectiveness so I am happy to find a retailer within Canada. Creatine is great for you if you do high intensity workouts, take one scoop (included in the bag) and DO NOT cycle it, you do not need to go off of creatine, you go on a maintenance cycle of 2.5g-3g for the rest of your life. Personally speaking I'm up 20LB's on my barbell curls in two weeks of taking this plus deadlifting 40 additional pounds. It is naturally occurring in your body, the reason why you are told to cycle it is because it is easier to explain to people than to try and reteach everyone who has been taking it for years.
