I bought these sharpies to write in my ''Sandra Boynton Mom's Family Desk Planner''. Since the pages are quite thick and glossy, these markers work very well. I also chose them because they are permanent and they dry quickly, thus preventing the ink from smudging on the pages. They also work very well on paper, but have a tendency to bleed through and so, they are best to use with thicker paper or cardstock. The fact that they are ultra-fine point markers makes these great for writing, precise drawing and detailed coloring. This set is called ''Mystic Gem'' and it includes a mix of soft pastels colors with darker natural hues with classic Sharpie colors. The only drawback to these Sharpie markers is the fact that the color names are not written on the individual markers, which is a downside especially if you are color-coding, or just collecting them. With a bit of research, I was able to put my hands on the exact color names for this set and I have color swatched them for this review. It's a great set of markers and as typical Sharpie markers go, the quality is great and if you recap these carefully after each use, these do last for a while. My students used these yesterday to colour pictures of Easter eggs. Very pretty.

These pens are everything. They do bleed through thin paper, but the ultra fine point size, the colors, the smoothness and the crisp lines they make are everything. I have a subscription—my love of these things is real 😂
