UPDATE: I received an email a week ago from this company reaching out to me to apologize for never receiving this order due to an Amazon fulfillment issue that was out of their control. They were nice enough to offer me this product for free, as well to send me a wave tool, and a cup! I was shocked that I received an email so long after I originally made this post and love that they took the time out to do this. The product itself is just as I hoped and dreamed of (I had originally gotten a sample with the cupping set and loved it). A++ for excellent customer service and amazing products!ORIGINAL POST BELOW:—Unfortunately, I never received this item. I had a sample sleeve with the cupping set it had purchased and loved it. However, when purchasing a full size it was lost in transit. It’s a shame, because it was a lovely smell and went on smoothly.

Has a nice smell and easy to use with suction cups.

This balm works so well, especially with the cupping set. The cups glide so smooth; even across my husband’s hairy legs the cups will suction! And it’s absorbent; it does not leave an oily residue like other products.And total bonus - this smells divine. Like a soothing lavender ever-so-cooling breeze on my sore muscles. Definitely will be keeping this stuff in stock in my house!

After using the tools for the past few years with other balms, excited to see Wave Tools offering up balm. The consistency is perfect - not too greasy but allows you to work with either the Wave Tool or Love Handle for a while as it penetrates your skin but does not dry out. And it smells great as well!
