I see some reviews say you can’t see through them, but other people say they are great. How is that possible?

I've literally bought 5 of these over the last two years and each and every one is perfectly clear AFTER YOU REMOVE BOTH SCRATCH PREVENTION FILMS. I want to be charitable and say that the people leaving negative reviews somehow failed to notice BOTH EASY TO REMOVE FILMS. Alternatively, maybe some of the reviews are from a competitor trying to taint the reviews?

What face shields are compatible with pyramex black full brim hard hat adapter ?

I have use the shields with the Workhorse series of face shields as well as Degil (Home Depot and Rona). I have a third option whihc is a helmet based version. So long as the face shield uses the little "L" knobs for fitment, the spacing in the replacement shields tends to work fine. I have a couple of "spare" holes in the shield which are hidden in the insert/butt ended to the rim and no exposure. Very good deal. Keep it in the packaging it comes in to keep them pristine until use and they should last a while with casual use.

Is this rounded like that when you first get it?

If I recall correctly it comes flat and only when attached to the head frame does it take it's round shape.

Does this fit the North brand headgear?

The attachment configuration is industry standard. If should fit.
