Redcon1 Total War - Pre Workout, 30 Servings (Blue Raspberry)

I ordered the prework-out and instead I received weird green pills.

I’ve been using REDCON1 Total War Pre-Workout for the 5 years of my life, maybe its routine, maybe its the taste, overall, this has been one of the best jitter free, no crash pre-workouts i've ever taken.Flavor:The Blue Raspberry flavor is a winner. I've been a user of this, and the Blueberry Lemon flavor for a majority of my purchases. While there is a faint chemical flavoring to the pre-workout, its very tolerable to drink.Mixability:Mixing is straightforward. I use a standard shaker bottle, and the powder dissolves completely without any issues. I haven't had any issues with mixing. The pre-workout mixes well without a mixer ball as well.Positive/Effects:I experience a noticeable increase in energy and stamina, and there’s no crash afterward, which is great. However, the effects can be a bit intense for those sensitive to stimulants, be careful, start with smaller scoops to assess your tolerance. This has been one of the easiest pre-workouts on my stomach as well. Does not cause any GI Distress.Overall, i'd recommend Total War to any beginner/intermediate gym go-er. Simply due to the taste, effects, and cheap cost of the product.

red cons a great company. this pre work out is so good but is a little sour. you for sure get you moneys worth. i just got it maybe a moth ago and now it is maybe a little above or at the half a container mark. my roommate and i have been using it like crazy and it last a good amount of time. it’s a good pre work out because i forsure feel it through out my whole work out. it last the whole time and makes me feel motivates on those days that i really need that extra bump to get going. it’s a light an easy mix. dry scooping it taste just as good!

I’ve bought this 3 times and used it for about a year, it’s a little bit yucky but v tolerable, it works really well for the workout, but my warning is that it also gives me really really bad headaches when I first start taking it (like after a break from it or when first starting) because of high citrulline which is a vasodilator. After a few weeks it stops, but it is very painful at first

REDCON1 Total War in Blue Raspberry is incredible! The flavor is sweet and refreshing, and the energy boost is strong without making you feel jittery. I love the mix of beta-alanine and citrulline malate—it really helps with endurance and focus during workouts. Perfect pre-workout for anyone looking to push harder and get great results. Highly recommend!

i’ve been buying total war off and on for years now and this is just terrible! it’s all clumped together, it clogs the funnel i use to pour my preworkout into my water bottle. not to mention, it has a very gross taste. it doesn’t taste anything like it’s supposed to, it’s just incredibly sour and salty. i shouldn’t have to go through the hassle of returning something like preworkout so i’m gonna suck it up and deal with it but i’ll never be ordering more again.
