Fantastic Flour
I bake a lot of bread, and this flour is the best I've ever used. Yes, it's more expensive than say, KA flour, but it is definitely worth it.

BEST ORGANIC BREAD FLOUR
Hubby luvs to bake bread. So we just had to try this USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC Artisan bread flour. The grains have been ORGANICALLY GROWN IN THE USA on American farmland. I'm happy to support this employee owned & operated company.

I'm very happy with this flour
Love this flour for artisan-style loaves. It's very easy to work with and if I don't forget it and let it proof too long :) it turns out with a perfect, soft but chewy crumb and a delightful crunchy crust.

Sourdough Bread
Arrived as promised. Just using the bread flour today and don't know what will be the end result. Hoping it is worth the money. Just baked a loaf of sourdough yesterday four was excellent.

Great stuff
Oh wow. Wonderful flour. You can tell this is different than regular store bought by how it handles. My next loaf of bread I will add more flour because the hydration was too much. Other than that, amazing.

Odd smell and flavor
Something was off with this flour, it had almost a lemony flavor and smell. The first loaf I thought it was my recipe then after the third loaf of sourdough I realized it was the flour.
