Better than the original
We have the Bose TV soundbar. On two different TVs, the sounder quit working via the Arc HDMI connection. This forced us to switch to the optic fiber connection. This necessitated us to need an extra remote and the television remote cannot adjust the volume when connected via the optic option. Right out of the box, it is better, the icons are like the photo, bright and crisp unlike the original which is a faint grey on black. Additionally, the replacement has a solid tactile feel so you can know if you are selecting to raise or lower the volume in the dark. All the other buttons work well also. Highly recommend.

Great replacement control, I used for my soundbar
My dog chewed my original controller for my bose soundbar, and bose wanted alot of money for a new one. I was skeptical cause of the price, and was scared it wasn't going to pair because my soundbar doesn't have any buttons. But it was so easy, and works just as good as the original!
