Can this be used in a 2024 Honda HRV sport?

The HR-V body style completely changed in 2023. It fits in my 2022, but I highly doubt it will fit in a 2024.

Can it be hosed down to clean?

I don't think that would be a great idea for this. It is covered in a thin carpet like fabric and really is not sturdy enough for heavy cleaning or soaking. If it was a hard plastic that would be an option.

Can I take the cover off while inside the vehicle when trunk door is closed?

The cover can’t be installed or removed while the rear door is closed. Additionally, you are not able to access the rear compartment (from rear seat) with cover installed and door closed. Consequently, it can the a pain in the but if you have to remove the cover while out and about. Plan accordingly!

Fits My 2022 Honda HRV EX

Used this trunk cover to hide my cargo area due to my tint not being strong enough to shield my belongings. I like what the product offers and would recommend to those looking for a similar solution in their HRV. I had help when installing, and I recommend doing so as well due to needing to line up the product on both ends at the same time. Product is sturdy. There is a small gap between the product and the back seats when reclined, but I am not bothered by it (see pictures). I had no issues installing or closing the hatch after install. I definitely recommend this product and would buy again if needed.

Fits a HRV well!!

That’s great! I have a Honda HRV and things usually fit kind of weird in it lol so it’s nice to have something that actually fits like it’s supposed to. I haven’t tested how much weight I can put on top, I don’t really wanna push my luck too much but overall it seems to be working out well!
