Easy to adjust sizing
Very glad to have found this pattern. It's very easy to adjust to weight loss or gain with the way the seams are styled. I had an almost identical pattern in the 70's when I was in school that I loved. Now retired I have time to sew again, and will make several of these

Simplicity 1461 Pattern
Even though I will need to use the resizing techniques that I learned to take this to a size 6, I'm so happy to have this pattern so that once I gain the weight I lost from an illness, I'll be able to wear this wonderful top. It came with all the pieces and the instructions, so I'm so happy I was able to get this pattern since it's not available from local sources any longer. Price and delivery was great!

Very Nice
I really like this too. I used a batik fabric, and it came out really well. I’m giving it 4 stars because the pattern runs quite small. I also thought the top would be longer, like a tunic, but it hits right at the hip. If I make another top I will adjust the pattern so it is a looser fit with a longer length.

Cute top, but sizing off
I had to do quite a bit of tweaking to make this work, but the finished top turned out nicely. Some pieces of the pattern were mis-sized and I had to recut them, and I found the overall sizing off--much larger than the official size chart.
