Extremely happy and satisfied with this product which was bought for my aging mother. The backrest support pillow does give great support to my mother when she sits up and needs to be propped up in a sitting position. Finds it very comfortable.

🔸Size ordered: big. 🔹Everything about this product is nice. Value for money and everything is mostly according to the description (always check the description and check the product size/dimensions,dont just rely on the image alone for size) . 🔸what product could improve. 🔹its arm support is far apart and may be lot of ppl would prefer it since this is a bed chair and arms apart may fit for various sizes of ppl so apart from different size versions, this should have two versions of types one with arms apart and one with arms slightly near so ppl can pick from those than discontinuing one version. 🔹cushions neck roll is attached to the cushion with thin elastic and button so idk how it will last long term, hopefully it lasts longer. 🔸buyer suggestions🔹cover the cushion with another cover/cloth when you use it since the material is very soft and tho its removable for wash its better to reduce wash cycles since its a delicate velvety material. 🔸What could have been handled better on the sellers/amazon fulfillments (if this was fulfilled by Amazon and not the seller) part : 🔹it might have been hard to find packaging for such a big product hence it was wrapped in the cardboard and sent but since product expands easily the wrap should have been looser as when it reached me due to product expanding the wrap unravelled a bit and i could see the product,thankfully it wasnt damaged but if i wasnt lucky it could have been easy for the product to be damages since after unravelling it was wrapped in plastic only.

I got this pillow to use on my bed for watching tv. I’ve never had a bed lounging pillow before but I thought I’d give it a chance because the advertising pictures made it look so comfortable. It really is! They said give it 5-10 hours to decompress out of the box, but after fluffing, I was using mine in about ten minutes! I really love this pillow!

This is a good quality product , but should be max 1500 rs. It does it's job well for back support,if that's your biggest requirement then this is perfect. The armrest is useless , it's too low and also spreads outwards . does not stay in position under the arms. Negative marks for this feature. The neck cushion too is a bit too soft and should be more firm, might ne better to use a normal flight neck cushion . The stitching and quality of fabric is really good.

The product is extremely comfortable, provides good back support. The foam used seems to be high quality, the only issue due to which I rate this 4.2 is the head rest. It has been attached by an elastic so falls forwards or backwards unless it's leaned against a hard surface - this should have been permanently fixed in place. Still pretty satisfied with the product

The product was delivered on time, in excellent packing condition and Back Rest Pillow was ready to use once we took it out of the box. Since we are working from home, this back & head rest pillow is extremely helpful to maintain the posture and not cause any neck / back pain. It looks sturdy and feels firm.
