Bought this to press bacon flatter when trying to cook evenly.Will be great for steaks too and homemade rosti's. It will do the job but personally wish it was a little wider.

1 use, product has rusted after cleaning.....I don't know a good method that would have not made it rust.

Rusted after being put in the dishwasher after first use. If you like your food with a coating of powdered rust you will love this. This is cheap Chinese junk. Buy one with a reputable name, not this rubbish.
