One reviewer says this product is made from petroleum- is it?

Search NOW MSM & see the explanation of how it is made. The petroleum based method is stated to be the method they do NOT use. The label further states that it is a 'vegetarian/vegan' product. Sounds like the other reviewer might have misinterpreted the info.?

Powder contains magnesium stearate?

NO. Contains only Methylsulphonymethane per label. Nothing else.

NOW customer support: this product is listed under the California Proposition 65: know to cause cancer and birth defects. Please explain?

Along with many other CRAZY things the state of California does!

Is this sulfur non-GMO?

That doesn't even make sense. How could you genetically modify a chemical compound? MSM is just C2H6O2S, no genetics at all here.
