What has the company done about the quality issues? Are they better now?

Bought 2 boxes must admit I found them to be of good quality, much better than others I have tried. I travel a lot so wear them more or less continuous.

You are knly certified to en149 ce why state you meet the other requirement looks like dodgy advertising?

My purchase was "rosimask" produced in Turkey with CE mark 2163 Not the one shown on here. Accepted by British Airways as suitable when on flights in October 2021. I understand 'fake' CE markings can relate to "China Export" and gap between C and E is too close.

it says 'used'. surely not? not buying used face masks

Each mask is individually wrapped in plastic. They look brand new to me. I would not use used masks. I feel safer when I wear this mask than when I wear any other type of mask. I recommend them for busy interior spaces.

where are they manufactured, what make are they?

The make is "rosimask" and they show on the box as being manufactured in Turkey. They fit well, although a little tight round the ears. Have to assume that they are compliant with the FFP3 standard, although I have no reason to believe they don't.
