Super good practice notebook.

Anyone learning Spanish will agree the hardest most time consuming and difficult area to master are the verbs. This book takes you through all of them step by step. Helped me massively (I’m 29) I also got one for a young girl in my class (8) and she’s learnt so much from it too. Suits everyone

I’ve been learning (and struggling!!) Spanish on DuoLingo. This book looked colourful and interesting but it’s actually a more difficult language than I realised.

Been very useful whilst I'm learning. Easy to follow information

I wanted to use the book with KS3 students but the drills are too difficult. The exercises are more adequate for GCSE students.

I like this there are exercises to do to consolidate learning

This book is good although it is certainly focussed at the A1 learner. I didn't see this mentioned anywhere until the conclusion which was unfortunate as it was fairly straightforward for me as I have been learning Spanish for over a year now.The book did fail to explain the irregular verbs in some cases. In the reflexive section, there is a writing exercise, in which there are multiple irregular verbs (e.g. encontrarse, dormirse) but this isn't explained within the book.All in all, a decent book for beginners.

Since knowledge of Spanish verbs, together with their use and conjugation are the backbones of the language, this book can only be hugely useful. I haven't yet had time to go through it all, but so far it looks fine. It starts off quite simply, but slowly but surely raises the level, with reasonably clear explanations along the way. Certainly highly recommended!

Purtroppo questo libro non è come me lo aspettavo. Solo sfogliando le prime pagine viene detto che è un livello A1 ma dal titolo di copertina sembra invece che vada a trattare tutti i tempi verbali, invece si parla solo del tempo presente. Inoltre è basato sullo spagnolo parlato in America Latina e quindi il vosotros è totalmente omesso, non viene spiegato da nessuna parte, proprio come se non esistesse. Avrebbero dovuto specificare meglio in copertina sia il livello linguistico sia a quale spagnolo fa riferimento.

I really like this Spanish workbook. The lessons are easy to follow, well organized, and written in a way that makes learning feel less overwhelming.I think this workbook is great for beginners who are just starting to learn Spanish, but it’s also useful if you already know some Spanish and want to expand your vocabulary or learn grammar and verbs in more detail.I personally already know quite a bit of Spanish, and I still found this workbook very helpful. There was plenty of information that helped reinforce what I knew and taught me new things as well.The book contains a lot of content, exercises, and explanations, so I definitely feel it’s worth the price.Overall, I would recommend this workbook to anyone looking to improve their Spanish skills, whether they’re just starting out or continuing their learning journey.
