This is a quality piece perfect size and space between shelving. The hardware was on point in the assembly. No missing parts. Very stable when assembled. Great addition to my kitchen to store items that normally took up counter space. I recommend.

I purchased the Rolanstar 6-Tier Bookshelf twice for my home office, and I’ve been extremely happy with both setups. On one unit I used all six shelves, and on the other I removed two shelves to accommodate taller equipment. Even with only four shelves installed, the unit feels just as sturdy and well-balanced as the fully assembled one. The flexibility in shelf configuration was a huge plus for me. I wanted both shelves to visually line up side-by-side, while still having enough vertical clearance for larger networking and computer equipment. The open-air design works great for airflow, which is important for electronics, and everything feels secure with no wobble. The second shelf is used mainly for camera gear, lenses, and accessories, and the shelves easily handle the weight with no concerns about sagging or instability. The materials feel solid, the industrial wood finish looks great, and overall build quality exceeded my expectations for the price. The included optional hooks are also a nice touch. They’re perfect for hanging bags and accessories, easy to install or remove, and make good use of the available space. I’ve uploaded a photo to show how both shelves are being used in a real-world setup. Whether you’re storing tech equipment, camera gear, or general office items, these shelves are sturdy, adaptable, and look great doing it. Highly recommended.

Perfect width and height for a bedroom bookcase between two doorways, with room for artwork above. However, even though I highly recommend this bookcase there are several issues which the manufacturer should address. 1) The wooden bottom shelves, and side and back pieces are of such different sizes that they can’t be confused with each other. Consequently, they don’t need, in my opinion, all those small round identification stickers. If you do think these are needed, you need to find less sticky ones. These stickers peel off effortlessly from the metal side pieces, but most seemed to be glued to the wood. (The large tip warning peeled off the wood fine) Until (or if) the manufacturer fixes this, remove the stickers from the wood before assembling each piece. As these stickers are affixed willy-nilly, those that are in edges are the most difficult to remove if an adjoining piece partly covers it. Use a damp cloth with a bit of dishwashing liquid to scrape off these stickers. If you use your finger mail directly, you might gouge the wood. You will also need to use this damp cloth to remove the residue from the sticker. Where a sticker would have been useful would be to differentiate the front and back of the side support metal pieces. I mistakenly finished the bookcase in the reverse so that the final step, attaching the cross metal support arms would have been in the front of the bookcase, and I had to partially disassemble, reverse, flip and repeat. (Even so, it still took me longer to remove the stickers from the wood than this extra work!) To easily identify the “back” of the side metal frame — the attached screws to these sections will be at the back of the bookcase, and thus the back of each bookcase shelf with the wooden back lip will also be installed above and below these framework screws. Otherwise, great value - solid piece — and attractive. And if the manufacturer can find less sticky stickers, they will deserve that 5th star which I debated taking away.

This is an easy to assemble bookshelf. I took off one star because the little stickers they put on all the separate pieces are very challenging to remove. Something easier to remove should be used. It took me almost as long to remove the stickers and glue as it did to put together the unit. Highly recommend the manufacturer choose a different type sticker. Otherwise, I think you will be happy with this product.

These bookcases are sturdy and easy to put together. It does take me about 40 minutes to get it together, but the process is straightforward. I've ordered two, and they look so good with fairy lights and books or knick-knacks. Highly recommended for a small space!

I’m impressed with the material and weight of this bookshelf. I bought this bookshelf along with the “Rolanstar Bookshelf, 5-Tier Storage Rack, Narrow Corner Bookshelf” for my books and general items (printer & sewing box), and the metal with this bookshelf is significantly better. The wood shelves are the same and the build is almost similar between items, but I want to note the sturdiness of the metal that comes with the larger piece. Definitely worth the $130 price tag. I’m very happy with this bookshelf, but I do want to warn folks to PAY ATTENTION to the instructions. I thought I knew what to do because I built the smaller version just the day before, and, while it’s close, the instructions are different. Read all of the instructions and pay attention between step 5 and 6! While the instructions rely on photos, the instructions are very clear. Don’t be a dummy like me and charge forth without reading the next step or you will have to deconstruct and reconstruct your bookshelf. Thankfully, I didn’t get too far before realizing my error. I also appreciate how everything was clearly labeled and the instructions were easy to follow—if you can build an IKEA shelf, you got this! I do recommend having another person around to help line up the poles, but I managed to build this shelf by myself within 1.5 hours—note that this time includes messing up/fixing, pausing to grab extra tools, and a snack break.
