Not user frient
Very difficult to connect either way you try / wi-fi or hit spot , I even entered the code number and also scanned device code. It says connection but just spins no picture , Not user friendly at all ,

Don't waste your money on this.
The "About this item" states "XDEIFI wireless camera" and "use anywhere" with no mention for the need of a power supply (not included). Now it states "There is no built-in battery, you just need to connect the mobile power supply, or USB socket. " It would have been nice to know this BEFORE I wasted my time and money on it. Then in the instructions, after you've bought it, it says it works only with a power cord, and the cord is barely two feet long, too short to be useful for anything. Next, I couldn't make it work at all. The QRC will not connect to any website. You can not download the application from there like it states in the instructions. You can only download the app from the app store. Once the app is installed, it wouldn't connect to my phone, couldn't connect to my wifi. It's just a waste of time and money. I'm very disappointed. Save your money and avoid this product. I returned mine.

Great buy
Overall the device is a great buy. Here is my suggestion to seller. Include a power cube. Come to find out if the USB is not connected to a quality power cube like Samsung it can create connection problems showing the device as offline. Seller include power cube. Scan code Download app Insert sd card in device Connect USB power source (good quality) Connect to cam wifi (beginning with "MV") Connect to 2.4G home wifi (will not work on 5G) Set up cam in app and/or cloud You done enjoy

Confusing
One of the QR codes opens up in the Chinese language. Every time I have to recharge this camera, it disconnects and I am unable to reconnect it so I have to reset it. If you are not technologically savvy, this is not easy to set up and reset up. Plus, every time you go into the app it opens up to spam and other apps that initially you think are part of the Camera app until you notice you’ve downloaded another app to your phone. Maybe the pay version of this camera is good. I don’t know.

Incomprensible instructions, couldn’t join my network, video files can’t be played
It is small, but that’s the best I can say about it. The “instructions” are in the form of a web site or a sheet with a microscopic font, but are so incomprehensible that it doesn’t matter. The WiFi apparently won’t allow spaces in the password so it would not join my network and I’m not changing the password on the numerous other devices just because of this thing. The video files are in a format that none of my systems (Apple or Windows) could decipher so I can’t say how the video quality is. Not recommended.

Not to expectations
Could not get it to work. Would not connect with WiFi. No scan codes excepted to connect and no customer service number to call.
