Just what I needed, plus bonuses!!!
Excellent alarm for the price! Love the low light... can't stand any light when I'm trying to sleep so this is perfect. Wasn't expecting it to be battery operated but like it just the same. Super easy to set. Workday alarm, date, and temperature are a nice bonus.

Digits are not visible.
Terrible. The clock digits are not even visible except when the clock is held at an extreme, unfeasible angle.

We use this clock next to our tv and it works very well. Easy to read. Great battery life. Lights up nicely. I thought it would be smaller when I bought it, but it is bigger than anticipated and that's a good thing. I have had it almost 2 months and still on first set of batteries.

Lots of pros but one big flaw
Pros: Great alarm clock, super lightweight, battery operated, and has a really neat nightlight feature. I need it to be completely dark in the room and this light doesn't compromise that, meaning it's dim enough to not harm your sleep but also light enough for you to see the time in the dark. You can turn off this feature if you'd like. You can set a normal alarm, work alarm, or simply keep it as a clock and set the date or time. It also has a temperature sensor. I've had this for over two years and I've enjoyed using this over my phone. Cons: I really hate that there's no volume adjustment. It's just too loud. It wakes up usually one or two other family members before it wakes me up because I'm a heavy sleeper. It really shouldn't be THAT loud. That's the reason for the 3 stars. I simply don't use it as often as I used to because of this.

Great little alarm clock for the price.
Not too bright like most digital alarm clocks. Only wish I could plug it in. The only power for the clock is supplied by batteries. Which worries me the batteries will die and I will not wake up in time,

Can't see the time!
Unless it's the first few days after putting in new batteries, you can't see the time! can't see it with the light on or off. Sometimes you can see it at certain angles, but the clock is basically useless.
