Great taste, and good for you!
I don't necessarily feel a "burst" of energy...but I do feel that I'm helping myself by ingesting such a Vitamin C rich supplement. I generally add it to my smoothies, although when my husband was sick I just added the powder to water. The flavor is reminiscent of Tang.

seems to give me a little more energy
No idea if it is psychological and I convinced myself of this however I feel a little more energetic after adding a teaspoon to my health drink in the morning, so shall keep taking for the time being.

After reading the reviews about this I had to get my hands on some of this ... Which I tried every where ... Except Amazon was sold out ... Even boots !
