Can a replacement nylon pouch be purchased separately for the hammers wading staff on amazon.com or any 3rd party suppliers anywhere?

Mine fell apart on second outing. There's a guy on ebay that makes them but the pouch maybe about the same price as the staff. I'm going to get one because you just need one.

Is there a warranty on this item?

Better hope so, they're garbage. I had 2 of them fail me last year. I finally decided to spend a little extra and buy a decent one.

Is the stick adjustable in height

No, it is not adjustable. But worked well for me and my son. I did stick it in the mud and the liwer section came apart, move it side wayes and that won't happen

does this thing stick in the mud...i want to use it for an anchor pole on my kayak in the soft muddy bottom of the salt flats

From my experiences, I would not recommend using it for an anchor pole cause once it is stuck in the mud it will come apart at the joints when pulled putting extra stress on the internal bungee cord system. Sorry... Mark
