I take it during my period, and it really helps ease the pain and gives me a much-needed iron boost to compensate for blood loss. The taste is rich, deep, and slightly woody—absolutely delicious. One of my favorite ways to enjoy it is drizzled over mochi with kinako powder. It’s a heavenly combo! The fact that it’s organic makes it even better. I usually purchase meridian blackstrap molasses but this was cheaper which I was really pleased with. In terms of taste this is sweeter that the one I usually buy, and the taste is not as strong. It works very well in tea and with stewed fruit and in cakes too, overall I am pleased with this and would purchase again

I really like blackstrap molasses. I bought another brand before. This time I tried a different one and it tasted similar. However, it is obvious that this one requires some strength to taste the molasses as desired. Many times I wanted to give up and try to The thought of throwing it in the trash can crosses my mind all the time.
