Does it come with pants?

Nope, this listing is just the jacket. Just double-check the options before you order.

Is this sauna suit machine washable?

I wouldn’t toss it in the washing machine — hand wash only. Just use cool water and mild soap, then hang it to dry. Works fine and the suit holds up well if you take care of it that way.

Is it breathable while running?

It's okay for moderate-paced running or walking, but if you're doing high-intensity cardio, it can feel pretty restrictive. Best for steady, lighter workouts — not so much for sprints or heavy sweating sessions.

Does it help with weight loss?

It makes you sweat more during workouts, but it's not magic — you still need exercise and a healthy diet. And keep in mind, most of the initial drop is just water weight that comes back when you hydrate.
