The red line is not the Prime Meridian. It is the western limit of the GMT (or UTC, or Zulu) time zone.

Is material waterproof?

Opposite side of the material is waterproof - rubber (which is without a picture). Front side is somewhat spongy. So if you pour water, the front side will be wet, but it will prevent a table of getting wet.

This map is not correct. Some of states not display actual. Ex :- jammu and kashmir not showing in india Some part mixed in China
