Can the delivery service call a few hours before delivery so the caretaker can be there to receive the headstone?

Hi Molly , Unfortunately, no. All stones are delivered via UPS ground . They will be delivered between Monday - Friday from 9:00-7:00 . A specific time cannot be requested for this service .Thank you, Landon Upstate Stone Works 864-605-3977

do they deliver it to the cemetary?

Hello, Stones can be shipped to your home or the cemetery. However, if delivering to the cemetery it is important to make sure someone will be there to receive it. UPS will not leave the package if no one is there . Also, you will want to clear the size of the marker with the cemetery prior to ordering . Make sure there aren't any regulations on size or type of stone.Thank you, Landon Upstate Stone Works
