Really helps reduce pain, taken as necessary with my crohn's medication
I find these very helpful for episodes of wind pain and for bloating. I have crohn's disease and regularly experience symptoms such as these. I take them as required and they help alongside my other medication. As always check with a doctor or pharmacist before taking anything over the counter but I highly recommend these. A regular purchase for me.

Well talk about wind. I was unfortunately suffering a hurricane of wind after some mushy peas did for me. These lovely little capsules calmed the storm without releasing any noxious vapours. Thank fully they dissipate the wind whilst still inside the tummy.
