Review: I just now reread the fine print instructions on the back of the packaging and ... - I purchased one and it arrived with the auto-heating component already non-functioning. This piece of the warmer is filled with a liquid that warms after clicking a metal disk inside. The liquid in mine was hardened and non-usable so I returned it for a replacement. The second unit arrived and it was liquified, however after the first use, it too became hard and would no longer function. I just now reread the fine print instructions on the back of the packaging and the unit requires that after activating the liquid heating gel, one must place it into gently boiling water to remelt the gel and then allow it to cool each time it is used. Too much effort when other versions just pop into the microwave for 30 seconds. Review: Five Stars - Love the idea but I didn't get to use them, but the idea is incredible.
