The second edition of this book is arranged so much better than the first. The layout is easier to follow and the information is much more thorough, for example, song lyrics are included along with sample morning messages. I use this book a lot in my daily practice and recommend it highly to any educator that is interested in taking their teaching to the next level.

Highly recommended book from our school psychologist. Great to set up teachers for a successful start with practical ideas and lesson plans to start your year off on the right foot! Some of the ideas and programming in here aren’t taught in education programs but should be.

Great book with very practical tips. I'm an NQT teacher who is going to start teaching in an international school for the upcoming school year. This book helped me get prepared for the start and boosted my confidence!
