These resistance bands are so handy! I’ve been using them for my Pilates and strength sessions at home, and they’ve held up perfectly so far. The material feels durable, smooth, and doesn’t roll or pinch when stretched (huge plus!). I also love that they come in a full range of resistances — from super light to extra heavy — and the colors make it easy to grab the one I need. They’re lightweight and fit in any bag, so I even take them when I travel. Honestly, they’ve become part of my daily routine — whether it’s warming up before Pilates or a quick leg workout at home. Definitely worth it if you want something simple, cute, and effective 💪💜

Nice exercise bands. Different strengths. I used if for for rehab post knee surgery.

I was looking for inexpensive resistance loops for specific home exercises, and these bands were the least expensive available. You get what you pay for -- they are very thin, and I'm not confident they'll last long. But, for the price, I can't complain. The bands are marked with their relative resistance level (from x-heavy to x-light) vs. estimated weight equivalents. If you're looking for fixed-length resistance loops, these do the job.

These are nice resistance loops. I've used them for legs, hips, and shoulders. They've done well with all of the exercises so far. I did a little test, where I held the X-Light loop, on each side of the brand name, and then used all my strength to stretch the band in only that section. When I released the hold, there wasn't any change to the lettering, so it seems that these loops are fairly sturdy. The carrying bag is bigger than I thought. It's a small looking bag, so I thought it might not fit all the loops, but they fit in there nicely. I'm only removing a star because I ordered the purple loops, the box shows the purple loops, but the variety colors were inside.

Each band comes in case and its own sleeve to prevent sticking together. The carrying bag is more than adequate. The bands can afford a good workout if used to correctly. They arrived in a timely manner , and as advertised. No odor at all. I am a happy camper with this purchase.

Find something else if you’re on the bigger side :( These do not stay in place and twist like crazy.

These resistant bands are like the ones you would get at physical therapy but a little bit thicker quality. They do not have the fabric backing on it but they are good quality.

These bands have been great for the money paid. The selection is good, I find I tend to use the heavier ones and even layer up multiple bands. Resistance is good and layering up bands increases this if needed. The stretch is good and they don't feel like they're going to break when in use. Come with a handy little black bag so you can put them away tidy and instructions for some basic exercises however you can find so many tutorials online. Overall they're great!
