Purchased more than a year ago and still works like day one.

Good quality , usefull

I previously purchased this model in Malaysia from Ugreen's official store. It worked fine for a while, but one day, it suddenly stopped transmitting and receiving sound. The system itself remained functional, but the audio section failed. Today, I received the same model from Amazon and compared it to my previous one. There is a significant difference that makes me suspect this might be a counterfeit product. The build quality feels noticeably cheaper—tapping on the plastic casing produces a hollow sound, and when shaken, there is a rattling noise inside, raising concerns about its durability. Additionally, the TX/RX switch feels flimsy and lacks the sturdiness of the original. In terms of audio performance, it seems to work fine. Since the sound is digitally transmitted, I can't detect any major differences, though I'm unsure whether the battery life will be as good as before. Ultimately, I have no choice but to use it, but I can't shake the feeling that this is either a counterfeit product or that the manufacturer has downgraded the build quality. I'm still uncertain.

My current TV set doesn't have (or doesn't expose) Bluetooth functionalities. This device was the perfect solution to connect my Bluetooth headsets to isolate myself from anything else happening in the room while watching Manchester City games! I tested it with a not-so-recent pair of Beats Studeio3 headsets, and it worked smoothly. I suggest charging the little device first, ensuring you can set your device on pairing mode, and then click on the device to start and complete the process. I will test it with machines at the gym even though media content on that devices not so cool. Other potential area of utilization is on a plane.

I use this to play music in the car only. Poor battery life, about 4 hours. Randomly cuts off for a few seconds mid use. Turning it off and on constantly to preserve battery life is so annoying. The connection to the aux is bendy and weak so it causes static noise.

Hello! My use case is to get audio output from 3.5mm (qudelix 5k) transfered to my bluetooth headphones, and this device is make it super simple and convinient. Ideas is to use cheap wireless microphone to use in phone (android apps) calls and this thing is helped me. My current setup is: Phone --usb-- Qudelix5k -- 3.5mm output + 3.5mm input: 3.5mm output -- UgreenTX -- bluetooth -- headphones 3.5mm input -- 3.5mm hollyland lark m2 camera receiver -- air 2.4ghz -- microphone and as a result i have wireless headphones and microphone with excellent quality of sound in and out. thank you Ugreen!

Didn't really work for me. Returned it. I thought I was doing something wrong but it doesn't work with everything they have market it.

Audio quality was pretty average, but disappointed because it keeps losing signals from my phone in the middle of the song.

Serviu perfeitamente. Funcionou em qualquer aparelho, tanto antigos como novos. Testei com um fone de ouvido bluetooth da xiaomi (Redmi Buds 6 Play) e deu certo. Não pareia de primeira mas nos testes que fiz funcionou sempre.

Seamless and easy to connect with any audio device which doesn't have a Bluetooth connection. There is no lag and output seems to be good enough. Its small and compact and the battery life is also fair enough.

Pairing tip: (was required for pairing my Airpods Pro 1): after turning on the device (blue light), do a short double press to get device into pairing mode (blue-red flashing light). Overall; some trouble with pairing at first and manual was not very clear. good quality and price. I was very happy with the item when I used it for the in-flight entertainment system on an airplane.
