Can I buy a replacement auxiliary cord ?

Are you talking about the power cord. If so they can be bought at most computer shops or staples or best buy.

can you connect a 12 inch non powered speaKER TO THIS SPEAKER?

It has an XLR line out .. I think that should do it .. Get another opinion though

I have been 25 feet away and the Bluetooth still worked. I have been very pleased with this unit.
