I tried customizing but the preview looks terrible. Does it look better if you buy it or is there a better screen to see what it will look like?

Hello When you fill in the customization information, what you see is the preview photo of the product, which is not completely correct. The layout of the customized text part of the plaque is different from the actual. You can refer to our product photo, or you can contact our professional customer service team by email after purchasing our products, and we can provide you with the actual effect drawing of the product before printing.

Will the font of the song and artist be shifted to the left like shown in the photo? Or large and slightly centered like it looks when customizing?

Hello For specific customized text content layout, you can refer to the layout in the main picture of the product. The text is aligned to the left, and the font of the song name looks larger than the singer's name, so that the product looks more beautiful.

The text and photo on my custom music plaque are reversed and there is a layer of yellow paper on the other side. Do I need to tear it off?

Hello Your custom text and images are not printed backwards, but rather a protective film of kraft paper is used to reduce the wear and tear on the music plaque. So please also peel off the protective film. However, our service has been upgraded and the protective film has been removed for the buyer before shipment and the product is protected with anti-skid marks packaging.
