The 58 lighting effects are incredible there are so many color combinations and patterns to choose from, so it never gets boring. The dual lens feature really makes a difference, creating a more immersive and dynamic look compared to other projectors I’ve tried. It fills the entire room with stars and nebula like effects that feel so soothing after a long day. I also love the built in white noise and Bluetooth speaker. The sound quality is surprisingly good, and it’s perfect for relaxing, meditating, or even helping me fall asleep. The star projection is very nice and relaxing to look at, and the lights are bright and colorful. I like that it has multiple lighting settings and also plays music, which is a great bonus. It creates a calming atmosphere, especially at night. The only downsides are that it automatically turns off after 4 hours, which is a bit frustrating since most people sleep longer than that. Also, while it comes with a remote, it doesn’t always respond right away, so you sometimes have to press the buttons multiple times. Overall, it’s still a good product with great visuals and features, just a few small improvements would make it perfect.

I gave this projector to my daughter for Christmas and she loved it! She deals with severe anxiety, is on the autism spectrum, and deals with other mental health problems, and the northern lights feature is very calming for her. In fact, it has become a major part of our "grounding" routine when she has a panic attack/autistic meltdown at home. She also uses it at night to help her fall asleep (or when she wakes up during the night to help her relax to fall back asleep). We haven't used the bluetooth feature yet because she doesn't have any devices that do bluetooth (but I think it would be great to use for her music if we do get a device she can use it with), but we love the light feature and the sounds it has programmed in. You can use basic functions using the buttons on the device itself, but with the remote that comes with it, you can adjust more things to your preference. With the lights, you can adjust the intensity (which is super helpful for us because she can turn it dim at night and brighter when she needs it for calming during the day). You can also adjust what colors-any combination of the red, green, white, and blue lights. The "stars" are just a pattern of green dots (which we don't particularly like, but some people might. We'd like them better if they were white and a random pattern so they looked more like stars), but you can turn the "stars" on or off independent of the other lights or sounds, etc. (basically, with the remote, you can do any combination of northern lights-including color combinations and intensity, "stars", and sounds). With the sounds, there's a basic lullaby or a choice of various nature-type sounds and you can adjust the volume of those. You can also set a timer of 1 hour or 2 hours so it will turn off on it's own if you want. I feel like the remote is pretty easy to use and fairly intuitive. I'm not much of a technology person at all, but even with all of the options, I can use the remote just fine to do what I want it to do. We did have a problem, after about 5 months or so, that the power cable became finicky and stopped working properly, and then when we started using another USB power cable we had around the house, the projector started turning off and on by itself. At that point, we just emailed the company directly (the customer service email in the manual that came with it) and they immediately sent us a new one without causing stress or headache for us. The new one has worked perfectly fine for us so far, and it was such a relief to not have added stress because of the issue, especially since my daughter had become so dependent on this light for part of her sleep routine and calming routine when she needed it. I would highly recommend the projector, as well as the company that made it. In fact, I might buy more for my other kids as well (or just for fun for our family).

I like having the timer and remote because you can set it and forget it, and the white noise feature is a nice bonus for winding down at night. The Bluetooth speaker is not going to replace a real sound system, but it is more than fine for background music or sleep sounds. Overall, it is a fun, cozy upgrade for a bedroom and makes nights feel more relaxing.

I was really excited about the Rossetta Dual Lens Galaxy Projector because of the variety of light effects—it truly looks amazing when it’s working properly. The colors are vibrant, and the different modes create a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the motor that controls the movement of the light patterns didn’t hold up. After a short period of use, the rotation started to slow down noticeably, then became inconsistent, and eventually stopped working altogether. At that point, the projector still lit up, but the lack of motion took away the main feature that makes this product special. I tried basic troubleshooting like turning it off and back on, unplugging it, and switching modes, but nothing brought the motor back to life. It seems like the internal motor just isn’t built to last, which is disappointing given how important it is to the overall experience. If the motor were more reliable, this would be a great product—but as it stands, the failure of that component really limits its value.
