Does Exactly What It Is Supposed To
Does exactly what it's supposed to and what I needed it for. I have used a few of these types over the years and have liked them all. I don't see this being any different and it appears very well made. Will definitely keep that battery from depleting when it not being used.

Easy to turn on and off
Switch turns on and off well. Made it easy for my project. Only issue was the fasteners are machine thread I need a metal thread, it was hard to find what I needed. I had to drill screw holes out a little to make the heads fit decent. No voltage drop across switch but I am not pulling no more than 5-7 amps.

Correctly hooking up switch
Directions show connect negative on one side then positive on other side of switch terminals! INCORRECT only connect positive terminals from battery on both terminals. Throw the directions in the trash or you will ruin your system or wires was smoking due to connecting wrong. You need to get this switch because fuse switches break fast and this one is heavy duty and last. Would rate it a 5 star but for the bad directions for hookup BEWARE. ..NOTE: Make sure to put electrical black tape on nuts of switch after installation for shorts and shocking hazard! Now I have a fuse switch and this switch connected on only positive terminal of battery which saves the fuse switch from breaking after multiple switching on and off! MAKE SURE TO SWITCH! HA HA HA THEY LAST AND SAFE TO WORK ON YOUR SYSTEM WITHOUT DYING!

Nice cutoff switch
I put that on my old alpine 2 snowmobile to get power or not from the battery to the winch and ignition or not Easy to install came with everything you need. 👍 you can wire this thing from every side! Just remove the panel from where you want your wire to came in! Well built easy to turn on or off.

Perfect Fit
I had a short in the wiring on my KZ trailer, as you can see in the photos it melted the wiring and the battery cutoff switch. This was a direct replacement for the OEM battery cutoff switch and even fit into the existing mounting holes. Works perfectly.
