How do I contact the seller? I have an issue with pods in the machine.

Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to contact the seller either. One of the boxes I ordered was squashed and all 10 pods are bent and don't work. The 3 boxes were fine and the pods work as they should.

Not sure, but I was told by a Barista in Rome, Ital that it is negligible if any
