Kiki Health Aloe Pure, 20 Vegicapsules

I took one tablet and clear out came two days later. It wasn't too loose. It's a little misleading as It's only a 10 month supply if you only needed 2 tablets per month, most suffering frequent constipation would need a lot more than that. It doesn't really bother me in terms of cost or how long the supply is but what is a problem for me is that it says you can only use it for 4 days then need a 4 week break. I need a product I can take regularly. I will see how I go and may opt for 1 tablet every week.

I totally recommend it if you are constipated and nothing else works well enough, it’s a powerful laxative. Don’t exceed dosage:)

So, bought this as it was recommended for something or other. I didn't read up on anything, didn't check dose or anything, just took it...... It's safe to say I found out that it is indeed a very effective laxative. I did not require a laxative, at all, but I got one! It definitely works! I knew something was up but thought 'id eaten something that disagreed with me. Then when it didn't stop I racked my brains as to what else was new and bingo! I now realise my error having since read that you should not take it every day. Certainly this is definitely true in my case,and taking it for four days on the trot (pun intended) was probably not a good idea. At least I can laugh about it. I've deducted a star as Maybe it wouldn't hurt to label it as such?

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this worked after the second dose. Excellent product!

The dosage for this is designed to be approximately 2 capsules per month and unfortunately that isn’t sufficient for me. According to the guidelines I can increase this but my condition means I need it more frequently, usually every other day and taken at regular times, so this doesn’t work out at very good value for me, as there are only 20 capsules in the tub.
