I love these things, and have been using them for years. It's actually hard to believe that they work so good considering there is no medication involved. It's basically just a band aid over the nose that works exceptionally well. I put them on just before bed and never wake up or am in any way bothered by a stuffy nose all night. In fact my breathing is as clear upon awakening as it is when I go to sleep. As for these fitting me, they seem a little large when first unwrapped, but they fit over my nose perfectly. I never have a hard time getting them to stick, and they never unravel when I am sleeping. Just remember that the very ends of these are supposed to stick up just a little. You should be able to take your finger and feel a very small gap at the very end of them over the nostril. Don't go crazy trying to get the ends to stick. They are designed that way on purpose, and no amount of pressing or fussing with them will get the ends to stick anyway... In conclusion, I sleep alone here and cant really tell of they help, or if I even have any snoring problem at all. But I do know that I sleep soundly with these and never wake up with a stuffy nose. Good product

I have been using Breathe Right for years, but as I ordered, it stated 44 in the package, but to my surprise, there were 72 per package. And that times three. What an awesome surprise at an even better price. Thanks Breathe Right.

Llevo varios años usándolas, las tiritas de nariz y cumplen a la perfección con su cometido. Las hay de varias clases de la misma marca, pero estas son las que mejor me sientan ya que soy chato y además están reforzadas frente a otras. Para mí son las mejores y seguiré comprándolas.
