how the heck are you supposed to use the wire on top to close it?

You put wire right under stop above where it says Dublin donuts keep up folded like it was before you opened it

how do you make this coffee?

There are instructions on the package that are helpful. However, I prefer my coffee a bit stronger so I use 8-10 tablespoons for 8 cups of coffee.

How far in the future is the expiration date?

Got mine late July, expiration is in September…same year of course.

Is Cinnamania the same as Cinnamon coffee roll?

This is an excellent question! Please know that our Bakery Series Cinnamon Coffee Roll was re-named to become our Cinnamania as of this year. It certainly is the same coffee you know and love with this new, fun name and the same great taste! We hope this helps!
