To be durable enough to withstand foot traffic, FloorPops were designed with a strong adhesive. This means that they are NOT removable in the sense that our peel and stick NuWallpaper or wall decals are removable/temporary. They can, however, be removed should you choose to- we recommend using a scraper or an object with a thin, flat surface to wiggle under a seam and pop a corner of the tile up. From there you should be able to peel off the tile with your hands. Please note that as the adhesive is strong, if installed on a painted surface FloorPops are likely to lift the paint. It is also possible that some adhesive residue may be left behind when FloorPops are removed.

Do they stick well over existing vinyl tile?

Yes, as long as they are very clean,I would wipe down with rubbing alcohol. And as long as it's semi level...

Can you use these for a garage floor? Are they strong enough to park a car on them?

This is a great question. Unfortunately not, FloorPops should not be applied to areas where the temperature regularly falls below 55 or over 85.

I see answers about not using under 55 degrees or over 85 degrees. What would happen if they are in rooms where the temp falls below 55 or over 85?

I used them in a vacation home that is between 50-55 when we are gone (ie most of the time) and they all came loose. It's just under a sink so not the end of the world, but not good.

I’m using these as edge trim (will cut them down) for some other peel and stick tiles (renter friendly). These tiles were bought due to the photos online. It could have gone either way. I am happy with the way they look. They’re not thick and pretty flexible. They will be easy to cut to shape.
