Excellent for Pain Relief and Easy to Use
This gel ice pack has been a great addition to my home first aid supplies. The gel stays cold for a long time, and the adjustable strap makes it easy to keep the pack securely in place without having to hold it. I've used it for sore muscles, a minor knee injury, and even headaches. It conforms well to different parts of the body and remains flexible even after being in the freezer, which makes it much more comfortable than a regular ice pack. Great product!
It's just the right size, freezes rather quickly, can also warm it up in microwave for a heat compress. Nice and soft, love the gel beads inside. Great product!

It's ALL GOOD!
Very soft. Has a strap to put your hand through. Perfect size for my hand! Love the tiny bead like things inside that move individually. Will be using after my thumb surgery soon.

After 4 years, this is still my go to for neck tension and headaches.
I bought this ice pack about four years ago and it is still in great condition. I tend to hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck which often leads to horrible headaches. This ice pack has helped me with that. What I like most is how it molds perfectly to my neck and base of my skull. It releases the tension built up there. It stays cold for at least 30 minutes, which is plenty of time to get relief. I also like the convenience of the hand strap and the soft fabric cover keeps my hand from freezing while I'm holding it in place. After four years of regular use, it hasn't leaked or worn down at all. Highly recommend if you suffer from tension headaches.

Iit doesn’t feel as cold as I thought it would and it doesn’t last very long. It is, however very flexible.
