Old wives remedy.
We had a cold snap after some nice warm weather which brought in a field mouse (or two). I bought this and soak cotton balls in it and scattered them around the house. Havenโt seen once since. There is plenty for several weeks of cotton balls, and the house smells nice.

Very Powerful! Mice eat car wire insulation but mice hate the smell of Cinnamon!
This is a very powerful oil! I got this to replenish used up my automobile engine compartment mouse repellent (in a commercially made can with solid substrate and open screened top) and just a few drops work well. Wife dislikes mothballs which would probably be more effective, but tolerates natural oils. So I use a mix of a few drops of cinnamon oil, a few menthol crystals, a few drops of wintergreen oil and a teaspoon of peppermint oil instead of the mothballs I keep out in the tractor area. This oil mixture seems to cut down the number of mouse intrusions under the hood for a few weeks at a time so needs to be made a regular replenishment thing. The dropper bottles make it a lot easier to do. As an added bonus I'm getting fewer mice in the traps I keep near the cars. Since so many cars come with "environmentally friendly" organic protein based wire insulation nowadays this industry change has caused a plague of mouse depredation, whose repair has become a million dollar industry. Multiply our own last $8000 rodent depredation repair bill by 50,000+/- cars per year and that is quite a lot of wastage. Naturally, as battery powered cars become more popular, I'd anticipate a future where we'll be seeing not just a lot more of our insurance money going down into mouse holes, but also will be entertained by more dramatic pyrotechnic displays along the highways as the mice chew into those higher voltage cables! Unless of course the industry wises up and switches back to petrochemical based wiring insulation.

Strong Smell (Can not eat)
Smells great and keeps bugs away. I'm a contract cleaner and scared of bugs. I know many bugs don't like cinnamon, so i add this to my personal mop washing with some peppermint scents too.

The Cinnamon Bark Oil is Really Bad
I'm so disappointed. I've used this brand to buy their lavender oil, which I liked, but the cinnamon bark oil is nasty. There is an initial smell of cinnamon, but it is quickly overcome by some underlying smell that is a mixture of something chemical and something rotting. It's truly horrible. I even asked about a half dozen other people to smell it, just in case there was something off with my olfactory system. Everyone agreed that it was horrible. Perhaps their cinnamon leaf is better. I'll not try it, because I can't afford to waste the money. However, if you're considering buying cinnamon oil from this company you might want to consider trying that first.

Smells great..love the dropper
Just oil has a really good cinnamon smell. It is a nice generous amount for the money. And the dropper is convenient especially if you're wanting to be precise in the amount of drops we're adding to something

Great cinnamon oil
This cinnamon oil is great. It is strong enough that I can put a little in a spray bottle and dilute with water and it still provides a great room or fabric spray. It works great in the diffusers as well. Good value.

Donโt store with the dropper lid
The oil itself is fine, not my favorite smell and not purely cinnamon, but be very careful keeping this long term. Iโve had this for about a year and a half on a bookshelf and apparently that was enough time for the oil to leech into the rubber of the dropper and cause it to dissolve into an obnoxiously sticky goo and disgusting crystalline crust. I got this goo on my skin when trying to clean it up (through the Lysol wipe I used to pick it up) and the only thing that would get it off my skin was rubbing alcohol and scrubbing with a paper towel. Idk about you, but I donโt think they should send a dropper made with a material that the product itself will dissolve with time. Use caution in how you store this product. I still canโt get all the goo off the shelf.

Smells AMAZING!!
This Cinnamon Bark essential oil is fabulous! Iโm shocked at how good (and real) it smells!! Even hubby loves it (heโs not a fan of most essential oilsโฆ no matter how expensive)โฆ he says this one smells like Iโm baking cinnamon buns or apple pie and he loves it!! Iโm very impressed with the quality of the scent and the packaging. As well as the big bottle, you also get a travel-sized bottle (syringes with both). Iโll be buying more for sure!!

Powerful scent
Lovely powerful scent that lasts. Useful antiseptic / antifungal qualities. You can keep your mop fresh and de-power nasty odors or other elements as well as being useful for personal use. Definitely use it with a good carrier oil.

I have tried all kinds of cinnamon oils. This one is really good. I just think these oils should come down in price. EXTRACTION MEDTHOD: STEAMED DISTILLED FROM WOOD INGREDIENTS: CIMMAMON ZEYLANICUM
