Very Impressed with this grill
I am really impressed with this grill. The quality and thickness of the material is substantial, it is constructed extremely sturdy, it folds and unfolds very smoothly and easily and once completely assembled it is extremely stable and sturdy. It also fits very nicely into the storage/carry bag which is also a nice thick fabric with carry straps and a shoulder strap that are securely attached making it easy to transport from one location to another. The cooking grate fits very snuggly and securely into it's position on the grill and is large enough to cook a good amount of food easily. I didn't weigh the grill (I have the Extra large grill) but it is fairly heavy, however this is not a bad thing as far as I'm concerned because it speaks of the quality of the stainless steeI and the storage bag makes it easy to carry to where you need it. I am very happy with this purchase and this grill will serve me very well for a long time to come.

Well made-Heavy
This is an incredibly well made product. I opted for the XL since the price difference was not that much. I had looked at several Different fire pits and watched YouTube videos. The comparison to the snow peak pit was enough for me! It folds up well, fits in a very well made bag and is so easy to put together. I never write reviews. But I’m new to camping and think this is going to be a great cooking/fire pit option. Only thing some might see as a negative is the weight. It’s a little over 20#. But all fire pits are heavy! Most worth anything don’t fold flat. This one checks all of the boxes. You don’t have to read a million reviews like me. I did that for you. Just buy it!!

Clutch as f
I arrived at my camp site and the existing fire ring was swamped with rain water. No bueno. Luckily I had this thing that made a really good fire pit. It sets up easily. I really like that it secures to the base and it's also easily moved around. I can only fit maybe two logs that you'd get from a purchased bundle at a grocery store. But it burns well. It took a little while to get the fire going. I also used it as a charcoal grill. Oh man. This was awesome. I'm usually a propane guy but I didn't want to lug my grill with me to my campsite. Today, I grilled some chicken shish kabobs and chicken wings. I had some trouble getting the briquettes lit and going. Once that was solved, the grill worked terrifically to cook my chicken. Took about 25-40 minutes for the wings, about half that for the shish kabobs. The fire pit has a piece that allows the grill to be set at different heights. You can't really adjust it during cooking, without having to place the grill somewhere else. With that said, it's actually easy to remove the grill grate from the fire pit. It doesn't come with a cover so I had to scrounge for something that would work for it. It folds up conveniently and fits into a square ish canvas bag. It takes up very little room, serves dual purposes as a fire pit and grill, and only requires briquettes and starter fluid. It does get discolored after use. I purchased the medium size. I think I would have preferred the large. It's okay for a single person but not big enough for more than one person.

Heavy duty and sturdy -grab a great deal.
I just received mine today. I got the MT-035 which gives roughly a 12.5x13” cooking area. I got a bundled kit where I received the full set and an additional grill. This is perfect for preparing veggies or fish separately maybe or just handy to put over an in ground fire pit for hot dogs, marshmallows, smores, coffee etc while using the actual grill set up for a meal. The bundled set was $70 and I had a $5 coupon plus rewards points so after taxes I paid $65 for it! Let me tell you, this thing is heavy duty but I won’t be hiking with it so no biggie. It’s well built and the heaviest part is the actual pit for which I’m glad, and if I want to make a fire to sit in front of I have no doubt it can handle firewood. The extra grill that came with the bundle fits in the canvas bag that’s included. The bag is also heavy duty and lined which is a nice plus. I’m keeping the bubble wrap for the cast iron charcoal grate so I can store it in the bag. Other reviewers put that in the outside pocket but that pockets seems made for cooking utensils as it has another strap right above the pocket for holding things against the bag while in the pocket. In any case the bag is well made and can handle the additional grate I received as well. I am looking forward to using this soon in a camping trip or I may just use it in my back yard for a bonfire. Buy it, you won’t regret it. Get the bundled deal it’s worth it.

Great option for portable fire pit.
Just the right size for a couple. Easy to set up and clean. Storage is easy since it folds flat and the bag is good quality . Great for cooking or just enjoying a fire without needing huge piles of firewood. I do recommend getting shorter pieces of wood but the stuff you buy at campground will work just fine. We may purchase the larger version in the future but this size has worked well for us so far.

It does the job
I have several pieces of gear from Snow Peak, and they are surprisingly good quality goods. Like, heartfelt relief that there is something worth having in this cheap, mass-produced world, something that will outlast you, something with a lifetime guarantee. Just good stuff. For example, my backpacking mug, a double-walled cup with a silicone lid, keeps my coffee *hot* for hours. It weighs mere grams, and it came with me on a trek across the Scottish Highlands. Why would I ever buy anything else now that I have the perfect thing? I hate wasting money. I hate having a bunch of useless things disappointing and cluttering my life, draining my reserves of energy and funds. Just buy the right thing once! Take care of it. Their Gigapower LI burner is unbelievably powerful and nuanced - I use it at home for canning and for deep frying, because my home appliances aren’t as powerful or as nuanced as a Snow Peak camp burner. I never regret buying Snow Peak gear. Anyway, after camping in Sequoia where the fire pits are a few feet deep, and everyone is burning an entire tree just to get the flames high enough to make light - and the cough I developed being in this wildfire type situation! When will people learn how to build a fire that combusts properly? It’s been over a year, already, and still I cough… I understood there that I needed a bonfire stand. This stand produces hot, effective fires with small amounts of fuel in a predictable situation - I will never rely on a provided fire pit for any of my needs again. I didn’t buy the Snow Peak Takibi, though. I bought this one from Camping Moon. I chose this one because a similarly useful product to the original Snow Peak model existed. Am I supporting the Black Market? I don’t know. I hope not. I’d be lighting this bonfire stand on fire, and according to all the other reviews, it can take it, and that is what it’s about for me. Not the name, but the quality. Can it do the job well? Will it last? I believe this fire pit will go the distance. There’s nothing about hiking, backpacking, or camping that is cheap (unless you’re the type to run around screaming, throwing disposable dishes and empty cans all over the place, smoking, playing the radio loudly, up all night partying, leaving your cheap, broken gear where it failed, etc. - leaving your mark, basically, and just ruining it for everyone else), but you don’t always need to spend top dollar to get a quality lifestyle, meaning - quiet, stress-free, calm and deliberate moments away from the urban grind and overwork in a beautiful, health-reviving place, and buying cheap garbage isn’t saving anyone anything, not money or otherwise. So it’s not Snow Peak, but your camp is your brand, and quality matters whatever and wherever your name is. I pack this bonfire stand with me when I go out into the woods to live deliberately, and it is good.

The Ultimate Campfire Companion – Built Like a Tank, Cooks Like a Dream
We bring this CAMPINGMOON wood-burning grill and fire pit on all our camping trips, and honestly, it’s one of the best outdoor gear investments we've made. It’s big enough to cook for our whole group (5–6 people easily), and it doubles as a cozy fire pit once the cooking’s done — total game-changer at camp. Yes, it’s a bit on the heavy side at 23+ pounds, but that’s because it’s solid. The thick stainless steel frame is rock steady and clearly built to last. It doesn’t wobble, warp, or feel flimsy like cheaper alternatives. Assembly is quick and intuitive, and the included canvas bag makes it surprisingly easy to transport and store. The three adjustable grill heights are a really smart feature — you can raise or lower the cooking surface depending on your fire or what you’re grilling. We've used it for everything from sausages and burgers to foil packet meals, and it handles the heat beautifully. If you love cooking over a real fire and want something reliable, durable, and well-designed, this is 100% worth it. Whether we're at the beach, the woods, or just hanging out in the backyard, this grill/fire pit is the heart of the camp. Love it.

We are loving getting into charcoal grilling.
We’re very happy with our new grill. We’ve used it several times with good quality charcoal and the results have been great. We got the large size which is more than enough for the two of us but could easily handle 4-6 people’s food. The adjustable height is really useful and we always cook on two different heights to finish with some charring on food like capsicum or eggplant. Sitting outside and enjoying a grill is quickly becoming a weekly ritual. We’ve also used it as a fire pit and it’s big enough for two to four people to sit around with a red.

Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Fire Pit
Great little fire pit, we got the medium sized one… I was skeptical at first with the size, but it pumps out a good fire. We used it over 2 days while camping, happy days 👌

A must-have for the backyard or when you go camping
For the price this is amazing, I would actually say it's better than the original SP version. The grill is easy to clean, and I appreciate how affordable this was. I've had campfire since here and cooked tons of steaks.

Awesome folding fire pit.
Great little portable fire pit! Bottom tray is good for stability and prevents hot ambers falling directly on the ground. Fold up into a quality bag making it great when storage is key with a small camper van. The adjustable grill top is awesome for grilling steaks over an open fire of maple!
