Vicks Filter-Free Cool Plus Mist Humidifier for Medium Rooms, 1.2 Gal

This is the best humidifier I've had in a long time. Great mist output. Very easy to clean! I fill it up in the morning around 7:30 a.m. and run it until 7:30 p.m. It lasts THAT long! With a house that has forced hot air heat which is very drying to the sinuses, this is great for my sinuses. Keeps moisture level up in the house during the winter. I loved it and bought one for my daughter. She loves her too.

I love this cool mist humidifier. It holds a gallon tank, which lasts a good amount of time before needing to be refilled. It’s very quiet, making it perfect for kids’ rooms without disturbing sleep. I recommend using distilled water to help prevent hard water buildup and extend the life of the unit. It’s easy to use, and the slot for Vicks VapoPads is a nice feature for added comfort when needed. I also like that it has a good range of mist settings, so you can adjust how heavy or light the output is depending on preference. I’ve had my first unit for 5 years and it’s still going strong, which speaks to its durability. I even bought one for each of my kids’ rooms. Overall, a simple, effective, and reliable humidifier—highly recommend.

I've tried several over the years,and this is the best by far. No having to understand computer code just to use it, just fill,close,set on base and choose on/off/ higher mist or lower. Simple. Its quiet too.

I have two of these - one for each floor of my small home. Quality manufacturing. Mist that comes out is very fine and pleasant. Water tank lasts all night and far into the next morning. Recommended.

Days off, I refill it twice. Work days only need refilled once. I do keep it in the hall where it's easy to clean surfaces. Leaves a "haze" on surfaces, but pretty sure that's from using tap and not purified water. That would be a lot of purified water to buy.

Very disappointed as I have now purchased two of them thinking maybe the first one just had issues. Each time the light will not turn green when I fill it and nothing comes out of the spout. These are expensive and I didn’t even get a month use out of the first one. Probably used the second for a few months and now just went to use it and the same thing is happening. Very disappointing and I will not purchase this brand again.

This is the second one I am purchasing. It works great! I suffer terribly in the Winter with the air being so dry from the wood stove and propane heat. It covers a pretty good size area, too. This really helps!

I've tried several this one is best so far. Nice big tank so it lasts all night long and then some. Easy to use. Not noisy at all. Can add oil for scent on little pad you can buy separately. Can adjust mist direction. Different fan levels with touch button. I live in area with hard water but this one puts out way less white dust than a different model of vicks humidifier I used previously. We have 2 bedrooms with this type in each one now. I ran my son's in my room for a whole year while he was out of the country and had to get my own now that he is back. When it gets crusty I just clean with CLR. I just noticed I can buy demineralization cartridges to help so they are on order now. I highly recommend this product.
