Does fans come with rack?

Dear friend，this item is just the rack，fans is not imcluded.

How do i attach an ssd to this?

On the backside (where the psu cables would be or at least the gpu pcie connections would be) there are a series of holes on the bottom tray and on back upper frame portion. Either can be used and the spacing is perfect for a 2.5 ssd. I have mine standing up on its side off of the bottom tray.
