Flash 16 GB SDHC Flash Memory Card SDSDB-016G (Label May Change)

I picked this up to have a spare in my camera bag, and honestly I stopped thinking about it almost immediately, which is exactly what you want from a memory card. Slot it in, shoot, transfer, done. Class 4 speed is perfectly adequate for standard photo shooting and casual HD video. It is not going to win any speed contests against UHS-I cards, so if you are doing burst shooting or 4K video, size up to something faster. For everyday stills and general storage it performs without complaint. Durability is a genuine SanDisk strong suit. The card is rated waterproof, shockproof, temperature proof, and X-ray proof, and the built-in write-protect switch is a handy touch for protecting shots you do not want overwritten accidentally. The frustration-free packaging is also a nice change of pace. No clamshell plastic fighting back. At this price point the value is hard to argue with. Keep your expectations matched to the Class 4 spec and this is a reliable, no-drama card worth tossing in every bag you own.

Picked up this SanDisk card for my camera and it’s been rock solid. No issues with read/write speeds, and 16GB holds plenty of photos from weekend trips. The writeable label is actually pretty handy for keeping track of different cards. Works flawlessly in my DSLR and laptop - exactly what you’d expect from SanDisk. Nothing fancy, just dependable storage at a great price. Sometimes the basics done right are all you need!

These memory cards work well and are indestructible. They record both still pictures and video with excellent quality.

[...] The one thing I thought I knew was cell phone accessories and photo accessories. I heard of these things called Sd cards. I knew they were for memory, little did I know it there was a whole different world out there for cameras,laptops, and then Cell Phones. I knew Amazon was a GREAT place to but them. Boy, where they a great price. I was so excited to know that I was getting four of them. When I recieved them in the mail, I was so excited. The first thing I did was hurry up and open them so I can put them in my phone. I must have been looking at one for over an hour trying to see where the micro sd card was. I thought BINGO, Look at the packaging. I did, there it was it was a flash for laptop or camera. I felt so dumb for a few minutes. I then thought it was an honest mistake. I knew San Disk was a great and reputable brand. Put it this way, I will have enough storage for the next 10 years. I ended up geting two of the 8GB with the SD card for the cell phone after that.
