It came with missing parts, does not connect to base, has no lamp or instructions

While the tree looked in person as described and was very pretty, the light did not work. When I informed the seller, she assured me that it was tested before shipped and asked me to try checking to make sure the wires hadn't become dislodged, which I did. The light still didn't work and the seller failed to send me a replacement or respond to my subsequent e-mail.
