With the original tool I used to need to stop mixing and scrape the bowl with a spatula a few times to make sure nothing was being left unmixed on the bottom of the bowl. I still do it one time with this tool just to be sure, but it probably isn't necessary.

Ma femme avait souhaité avoir un produit qui permet de récupérer la totalité les ingrédients dans le bol, qui lui est en verre, sans le rayer. L'accessoire d'origine livré avec le produit ne permet pas de récupérer la totalité de la pâte ou du mélange. Avec celui-ci le résultat est top.
