Failed to integrate with Alexa
Works well with EZ home app on mobile. This product is not listed in Alexa under SWITCH. So had to choose the OTHER switch brands option. Failed to be discovered by Alexa despite several attempts. Used Alexa Studio device too to discover ,but same result. Had also added Alexa Skills permission. But same result !! Any one one successful with Alexa integration ...pl share your experience.

Best solution to control anything using internet
This Gang converter switch has many features in it. Also it comes with the voice command system which is really good and impressive. Easy installation no need to add extra wiring . Also u can control it from anywhere as you can use android phone to control it.

TATA POWER EZ HOME Smart switch
Configuration was pretty easy and straight a deal. Real issue is, device gets reseted by itself if you have any flicker in input power. Reason behind is pretty simple, procedure to reset itself is by toggling input power 4 times within 3-5 seconds. This condition occurs naturally if you have any line side disturbance. They should have simply given a reset button just like all others. I was attracted to this product considering mounting inside existing switch board (Anchor-ROMA) This product can work only with stable power supply. I regret for my decision, not recommended unless you really have damn good power supply.

Don’t buy this item due to serious technical issues
I am having many variants of TATA’s WiFi switches and very happy with those, but this one is having some serious technical issues as mentioned below: 1. No hard button is available and as a result you cannot do the factory default. Just in case it is used and configured by someone earlier, it would be impossible to configure by another person in a different WiFi network due to lack of factory default option. 2. No LED indicator is present, hence you won’t understand the status while configuring. I have tried two different switches and due to the above mentioned issues, failed to configure hence returned both.

Total MENACE
I bought more than E device to control my light points. Every time it will go OFFLINE after power or internet interruption. Then it (the connected device) has to be reconfigured/ add to the app list every time. Otherwise the device will stay ON. I feel it is total MENACE. DO NOT BUY IT.
