Out closets don’t have lighting (thanks, 1950s), so I bought these to help us see. They are perfect for the price. I mean, I could either pay $300 per light for an electrician to install, or I could spend $10 on these lil cheapies and buy batteries now and then. Some things to note: they are bright enough to illuminate a small shallow closet. They would not illuminate a walk-in closet well. They are so simple to turn on that you could possibly turn it on on accident and run your battery down. I mean maybe. If you weren’t paying attention. You literally touch a designated area to turn it on. Not difficult. They take batteries and therefore will not last indefinitely. You’ll need to buy batteries. Changing the batteries is freaking easy. Just twist off the top, pop batteries in, twist light bank onto the grooves. If you need a little illumination for a dark space these are a fine choice.

I ordered the two pack. Put one in my linen closet on a back wall and one under the kitchen cabinet over my coffee pot. Each puck takes three AAA batteries. But if you don`t keep them on all the time, the batteries should last awhile. The one in the linen closet is very bright illuminating the shelf because it is a enclosed small space. However, the one under the kitchen cabinet does not give off as much brightness. Probably because of the larger space. The light gets swallowed up in a larger area? If ordering again, (which I probably will) I`ll use two or more under the kitchen cabinets. I might add that the two way stick on tape is very strong. No problem so far but the pucks do come with screws if you want to use those instead of the sticky tape.

Easy install; touch control works great. Everything I was looking for. My only complaint was it wasn't as bright as I thought it would be.

They are very bright, so mount them in a corner facing away. I put them in an upper corner in a bottom cabinet and it lights it perfectly!

The GE Wireless LED Tap-Lights are suitable for quick and simple lighting needs. They’re easy to install with the stick-on backing, and the tap-to-turn-on feature is convenient. The brightness (20 lumens) is just enough for small spaces like a closet or under a cabinet, but it’s not very strong, definitely more of a soft glow than real task lighting. They run on batteries, which is convenient for flexibility, but means you’ll need to replace them fairly often if you use them frequently. The adhesive also doesn’t always hold up well on certain surfaces, and one of mine slipped off after a week. Overall, they’re affordable and handy for light, occasional use, but not the most durable or bright option out there.

These lights are awesome. Not cheaply made. Go off and on with just a light touch. Good for closets and anywhere you need a little light. Stick them on the wall or use a screw. Buying a few more.

Great product. Easy to install. Illumination is just perfect for a small closet or area. Small enough that blends with everything. Highly recommended!

These lights are super-dim. They are easily out-shined by an almost 20-year-old LED puck light I have lying around. They are really only for a dark place where you want to keep your night vision, like camping or a sleeping area where you would use it as a nighttime "gotta go" light. Other than that, the "switch" is a recessed GE logo on the rim of the light. It is not tactile, meaning it is not "clicky-cklick", it is a touch sensor. Trying to find the switch in the dark is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Good luck. Also, when going to turn off the light you must look directly into the glare to find the recessed logo "switch", giving you afterimages for the effort. That being said, when you reach for it you are likely to turn it on when you don't mean to, since the "switch" is so close to the edge it detects your fingers when you grab the side. My 20-year-old LED puck light has a tactile switch right in the center of the lens. Click-on, click-off, reliable and predictable. I really wish GE had taken a few notes from this older light before making their light. What happened, where have all the good designers gone, GE? Your BOM count/cost can't be higher for a tactile switch vs this electronic sensor doodad, could it? You could have made the lens itself the switch very easily from what I can see in the design of the plastic case.

The GE touch activated lights were installed in our closets and have seen daily use for a couple of months so far. They are not terribly bright but that is perfect for us. The lights are used when one person is leaving earlier in the morning than the other. It gives enough light to see but not blindingly so. They turn on/off with a slight touch and work amazingly well. Definitely a good buy!

Unit well made. Switching on and off works well. The set of light should come with enough double adhesive for mounting.

Es muy util para ponerlas en un closet como fue mi caso, son faciles de instalar y tienen buena luz, el unico detalle fue que yo pedi 2 paquetes de 2 luces cada paquete es decir 4 luces, de las cuales unicamente funcionaron 3, ya que es un producto de importacioin se me hace mucho el devolver los paquetes por lo que me arriesgue a no devolverlos. Cada luz tiene un fusible puede ser por este detalle que bueno que tomen la precaucion de ponerlo, pero sin embargo el quitar la tapa para cambiarlo si ocupa tener desarmador estrella y saber como conectar el fusible o foco. A parte de todo esto es una buena opcion para lugares podriamos decir cerrados como algun cajon, gabinete, closet, alacena ya que la distancia de luz a lo que deseas tomar es corta y brinda mayor claridad a comparacion si pones la luz a distancia.
