My unit won’t work in auto mode. The waste just sits there indefinitely once the cat exits. I’m in auto mode… what am I doing wrong?

Hi, Thanks for your question! Please unplug it and then plug it back in after five minutes. If the auto mode still does not work, the device needs to be recalibrated. Please follow the video below for weighing calibration. If the unit still won't work in auto mode after calibration. Please contact us, we will send you a new one for free. CATLINK will be responsible for all after-sales problems! Hope the answer helps you. Best regards CATLINK USA

For cats that urinate standing up, will this cause a smelly mess inside the unit? Will there be any leakage?
