Setup was super easy the bulbs connected to the app without any hassle, and I could control them right away. The app lets me change brightness, color temperature, and even set schedules or scenes depending on the time of day. I especially like the soft warm light I use in the evening, and the cool bright light for cooking or cleaning. You can even sync the lights with music, which is a fun feature when I’m entertaining guests. Overall, a solid smart lighting solution at a good price.

High quality for a great price. Works great with Alexa and great app. They have lasted for years now without issue and set up good color in the room, low and high brightness and no noise at all. Really easy to set up

I first ordered the 4 pack of these lights about a year ago and I loved them, and recently splurged to replace all of the lights in my house with Govee lights. As a very light sensitive person, I truly think this is the best money I have spent to level up my home environment. I have had other LED lights, but the apps and the controls are nowhere near what the Govee apps allow you to do! You can control the brightness and color, as well as choose from the standard range of bright to warm white lights; and there is a full library of pre programmed functions and 'scenes' such as Crackling Fire, Galaxy or Party, where thee colors change, brighten and dim, and this can be coordinated among any group of lights throughout a room or your entire house. One of my favorite features that I only recently began to fully utilize is the Automation, and Timers which allows you to set the timing for lights to turn on/off or change colors; for example, I have 4 lights overhead in my bedroom and a 3 lights in a lamp in the corner, and I programmed them to slowly turn on one at a time over a 25 minute period when it is time for me to start waking up; My overhead lights turn on to be red, and the corner lamp turns on to be blue. As somebody who used to be a night owl but has adopted the new habit of waking up anywhere from 5 to 6 am, controlling the light levels and using them to help me wake up in the morning when it's still dark outside has been pivotal in helping me to make the change. At night my living room lights turn to red when it's time to start winding down and getting ready to feel tired. They are not natively set up to run with Siri commands (I don't have Alexa or Google Home) however you can set up various 'tap-to-run' automations and add a Siri shortcut to each of those, which may take a bit longer to set up for each individual function you want to make a shortcut for but once set up it is truly amazing to just say hey Siri, turn blue lights on or Hey Siri, turn all lights off; which you could obviously customize to be whatever phrase or command you want. TLDR; Overall I LOVE these lights and would definitely buy them again! Quality, Functionality, Automation, Timers and Seamless Integration throughout my house I give them an A++!

High Quality Bulbs with a wide range of colors. Fits into most home appliances. Very easy to set up and connect to your phone. I've had these for several months now and can attest to the long lifespan of the device as well as its compatibility with home link devices such as Alexa or Google Assistant. They make near no noise and have saved me money on electricity since purchasing.

I really like these Govee smart bulbs overall. They are easy to install and I had no issues connecting them to Alexa. The app is intuitive, and routines work perfectly. The white and warm light modes are bright and strong, perfect for daily use. However, when using colors like red, blue, or purple, the brightness drops noticeably. If you want to fully light a living room using colors, you will probably need multiple bulbs. That said, I bought them mainly to use with Alexa routines at night. I have a routine where, at a specific time, all the bulbs turn red to signal the start of my sleep routine, and for that purpose they work great. I’m giving 4 stars because I expected a bit more brightness when using colors, but overall they are solid smart bulbs with great connectivity and features.

I used to use all Tuya Smart/Smart Life plugs and bulbs but I had a problem where they would request an IP address once, then after the DHCP lease expired they would stop functioning because they would not renew the lease on their IP. I also hated setting up the smart bulbs because you had to quickly switch the power to the bulb on and off three times to put it into setup mode, which isn't always convenient or even possible depending on the type of fixture they're being put into. Also those bulbs would flash on and off during the setup, which triggered my anxiety and made it hard to finish the setup. I also found that the other brand of bulbs/switches were very unreliable during setup, often requiring me to run through the setup 4 or 5 times seemingly for no reason before they would connect. I didn't have any of those problems with the Govee bulbs. When I put them into the socket they just turn on and stay on. Then the app does the setup through Bluetooth LE, which is a much more reliable method. I also like the integration of these bulbs with Govee's 6-button remote. It lets me turn the lights on and off or control other functions like brightness or color using a physical remote, so I don't have to get my phone out or shout at the smart assistant every time I want to turn a light on or off without getting up. Govee's ecosystem integration is easy to set up and the cross-functionality of their products makes them more useful. My first Govee product was a smart humidifier. I was so impressed with the quality and reliability of the product that I decided to slowly migrate all of my other smart devices by replacing them with products from Govee's ecosystem. I now have a smart humidifier, 2 temperature/hygrometers that integrate with the humidifier, a smart air purifier and several smart bulbs and sockets. They are all of excellent quality and very reliable. I have never had to re-set them up or restart them like I had to with the Smart Life/Tuya Smart products. Govee also has reliable and useful customer support. They do their best to get back to you quickly despite being in China. They usually get back to me within a couple of days and it takes only one or two interactions to get a problem resolved. I like that I can submit and manage my tickets right in the app without having to go through email or their website. Since my rommate has been having endless problems with his Smart Life/Tuya Smart products I'm going to suggest that he migrate to Govee as well.

I bought these for my bedroom because I was looking for an easy way to give my room some ambience and character. I could have gone with something cheaper, but I've had Govee products in the past, and they've never let me down. And I can say that again because these are the coolest light bulbs I've ever bought! Not only do they feel very high quality and have a very long lifespan (mine are still going strong after 2+ years!), but they connect easily to any Alexa devices you may have in your home. I was able to connect and control the light brightness and colors by just speaking to my Echo Dot! These bulbs also connect to the Govee app where the real magic happens! The Govee app, no kidding, has an infinite amount of ways you can customize the light, from those that sync with your music to preconfigured ones. It's really insane. With all of that said, it gets a 5/5 from me, simply because of the quality, lifespan, connectivity to smart devices, and amazing app to customize the colors!

I love goove products, they’re so easy to use and reliable. There’s literally no annoying set up process, you screw in the bulb, open the app and it will immediately give you the option to connect. I love the colors but i feel like some of them look the same. Easy to control from anywhere.

So good and the app works well, lots of features and cool effects. i love the DIY feature and that you can share your creations with the community and see what other's have made as well. Vibrant colors, easy to set up and I've had no issues with connectivity.

Two of the set of four are working fine. Whoever unfortunately, the other two bulbs are defective and won’t work. I tried to contact the seller maybe they can send a replacement but sadly I couldn’t get a hold of them. So far the product has been 50% success rate so i highly recommend finding another seller that might offer a better customer support if the items are defective.
